Golden Healer Calcite

This large chunk of Gloustershire's bright and beautiful Calcite is part of a collection brought to us by a local hunter-gatherer of crystals and minerals.  The Calcite has an irridescent iron staining of the same type as on Golden Healer Quartz.  Metaphysically, it is used for removing self limiting beliefs.

Calcite is crystallised calcium carbonate, also known as limestone. It forms in a multitude of colours, at least one for each chakra, and is associated with energy transformation, cleansing of the old to clear the way for new energy and possibility.
