Lizardite

Lizardite is a member of the sheet silicates group of minerals, closely related to Chrysotile.  This microcrystaline variety of Serpentine, as the name suggests, its prominent locality is the Lizard Peninsula, here in Cornwall, but it has also been discovered around the world, mainly in the US, Africa and around Europe.

Key Healing Properties: As a form of Serpentine, Lizardite is associated with rising kundalini energy and clearing the charkras.  It is used as a meditation aid, with the focus on connection with Nature.
